We receive PRIORITY notification when new properties meeting your criteria are listed By Any and Every Company.  Then YOU tell us what YOU are interested in and we look and investigate the properties YOU choose. We educate our clients in the market they are looking to buy. We help our clients get pre-qualified with our preferred lenders so they know how much they can afford and what monthly mortgage payments they are comfortable with.

We schedule private showings for all available properties and watch the market daily to notify our clients of new listings as soon as they come on the market.
